It is great to have an experienced resource that can assist you in sorting out your options. I truly enjoy helping people with their real estate needs. I believe in homeownership and appreciate the fulfillment that it brings.
A little about me
Born and raised in the Seattle area, I have had the opportunity to experience all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. During our free time, my family and I can probably be found hiking, kayaking, visiting a local farmer's market, taking in a show, or just walking the beach. I live in a fantastic place filled with amazing people and an infinite number of things to do. Helping others find homes here is only natural!
In addition to real estate, I also have a food blog called Tara Eats Seattle, I volunteer with Seattle Works and the City of Burien, and am the creator of the 800-member strong, Discover Seattle Activity Group.
How I fell into real estate
Since 2003, I have had the pleasure of working at Lake & Company Real Estate, Inc., Seattle's most productive independent brokerage. Less than a year out of UW Business School, I became the Marketing Support Specialist for Lake & Co. As a favor, one of our agents asked me to deliver keys to her clients. I didn't realize that I would be handing over keys to the couple's first home. Seeing their excitement as they unlocked and opened the door to their new home, I knew that I wanted to become a real estate agent.
Why I'm not your average broker
My real estate practice is by referral, which means that my time, energy and resources are dedicated to taking care of you and creating a successful outcome. I want buying or selling your home to be a great experience for you, one that you will be delighted to share with friends, family and people you care about.
